COMMERCIAL PROJECT ORDERS - Due to ongoing and high growth Decoflame commercial project orders we can experience longer than usual lead times for supply of stock. Please order as early as possible or at least 16 weeks prior to your requirement to minimise possible delivery delays. For urgent orders, kindly include a “required by date” on your order and our team will notify you of stock availability. 

CONSUMER PURCHASES - Dispatch is within 5 business days from receipt of payment in full and estimated delivery 7-14 business days in Australia.

Dispatch Via Australia Post, DHL, TNT, Allied Express or a Local Regional Freight Company.

Delivery is ground floor and door to door only. Our third party delivery service does not have insurance or expertise to enter the home or place of business.
